| The Sentido "Mobile Timesheet
& Jobcard Management System" has a host of benefits: |
Timesheets can often be a huge effort because they
have to be sent to the office, captured, collated, approved and
then only can they be entered into a billing or payroll system.
The traditional way of doing this has now been replaced with a simple
to use mobile timesheet system by Sentido
When Timeman is used as a Job Card system for field workers, the
office schedules jobs via a web portal, the employee simply logs
in with his cell phone, views his job cards for the day, the client's
contact details and when he is done he captures the time and any
notes related to the job. The system enables clients to also log
service requests via the web and this can then be quickly and easily
allocated to technicians in the same web portal. Clients may then
also view the status of the job (to whom it is allocated, when it
is scheduled and stage of completion)
Timeman has various customizable options to ensure that it addresses
most business needs.
Timeman also integrates with a Parts Ordering system (see www.repman.info)
as well as Geo- Location Services (South Africa only).

| What are the benefits of doing all

| Does it work on all cellphones
(and/or PC's)? |
| Yes, it works on all WAP-enabled cellphones
(that is 99% of all phones sold in the past two years). It also works
just as well on PC's. No data or programs are stored on the phone
(it is all stored on the remote server’s side) so there is no need
to worry about confidential data or program installations or updates. |

| What does it cost? |
| You can test the system for free for a month where after
the fees are as follows:
If we helped with the set-up, a once off fee based on the hours,
at R450ph, will be charged, plus the following monthly fees: |

For 20 users or less : R190 (+VAT) per seat (i.e.
user) per month. Overseas customers: $25 per month per seat. |

For between 20 and 50 users: R150 (+VAT) per seat
(i.e. user) per month. Overseas customers: $20 per month per seat. |

For between 50 and a 100 users : R100 (+VAT) per
seat (i.e. user) per month. Overseas customers: $15 per month per
seat. |

For Between 100 and 500 users R75 (+VAT) per seat
(i.e. user) per month. Overseas customers: $10 per month per seat. |

For more than 500 users R50 (+VAT) per seat (i.e.
user) per month. Overseas customers: $5 per month per seat. |
